the hearing officer. The work at the site is completed. Complainant’s attorney will
discuss this case with management to determine how to proceed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:30 a.m. on February 4, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
