HEARING REPORT
On July 19, 2007, a hearing in this matter was held at the County Health
Department in Murphysboro, Jackson County. Attorney Daniel Brenner appeared on
behalf of the complainant. Respondent appeared
pro se.

Based upon my legal judgment, experience, and observations at hearing, I find that the
credibility of witness is not an issue in this matter.
Exhibits
Complainant submitted two exhibits at hearing. Exhibit 1 consists of photographs
from the site, and Exhibit 2 is the inspector’s affidavit and report. Both exhibits were
admitted into the record.
Briefing Schedule
The transcript is due by July 31, 2007. Complainant will file its brief by
September 14, 2007. Respondents’ brief is due by October 15, 2007. Complainant’s
reply, if any, is due by October 31, 2007. The mailbox rule will apply.
