HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 14, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent has removed all of the shingles, and hopes to complete work at the
site within the next month.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 11, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
