ORDER OF THE BOARD by (B. Forcade):

This matter comes before the Board on a Motion for Extension

of the Comment Period filed on June 19, 1991 by the Illinois

Environmental Protection Agency (“Agency”). Counsel for the one

affected facility, Lone Star, has agreed to this motion.

The Agency states that the issue of appropriate measurement

of condensible PM—l0

is

not only being worked out between the

Agency- and Lone Star but the Agency has sought federal

clarification of relevant issues. This clarification is needed

to assure continued federal approval in light of possible changes

to the proposed compliance determination subsection of Section

212.423.

This motion for extension of the comment period is

granted. The comments will now be due July 26, 1991. If any

further extension of time is needed, these adjustments can be

made by the Hearing Officer.
