    This matter is before the Board on a motion to extend the
    comment period filed by the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency on December 1, 1992. The motion states the November 19,
    1992 Board order, which extended the original comment period
    until December 3, 1992, in order to allow a two week period in
    which to respond to the comments already received by the Board,
    was received by the Agency on November 25, 1992. The Agency
    requests the Board extend the time in which to respond to
    December 30, 1992.
    The Board grants the Agency’s request for an extension of
    time. Any response by the Agency to the already filed comments
    must be received by the Board no later than 4:30 p.m. on December
    30, 1992.
