REGULATIONS

ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Henss):

Petitioners Minerva Oil Company and Ozark-Mahoning Company

and intervenor Allied Chemical Corporation have filed motions

requesting that we postpone further consideration and that we

reopen the record for additional evidence. The Board believes

that it will be beneficial to allow an additional period of time

for the filing of written testimony, statements, comment and

argument.

Therefore, it is ordered that further consideration of this

matter be postponed until January 9, 1975 and that the Petitioners,

Intervenor and any other person or corporation may have to and

including January 8, 1975 for the filing of additional testimony,

statements, comment and argument in written form.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
