Dear Sirs/ladies

I am writing in regards to the Citation that was issued to Ruben and Alvin Valdez

on July 28, 2008, Site Code 1778035022.

Upon review of the citation received, I have decided to build a building to store

all of the cars that I want to keep and get rid of the rest of them at a nearby

salvage factualty.

I have personally talked to Mr. Don Terry and Mr. Brenner as soon as I had recived

this report and told them of my decision. They in turn told me that I have 35 days

in

which to write to the clerk of the board and let them know what I have planned

on doing and ask for adiquite time in which to complete this project. My health

is'nt what it used to be

and I no longer wish to continually deal with this issue

any

longer.

I realize

that this is the second time that we have been brought before the board

for this same issue. Because I haven't been feeling well, I haven't been out to the

property to see that it has gotten into such disarray again. Rest assured, when

this project is finished, I will see to it that it will never ha9pen again. I

that you will bear with me on this issue and grant me thetime it takes to build an

adiquite building for the storage

I have already ordered the trusses and the sheet metel for this building, but even

the shipping for these items will take alittle time. Also I have been working on

finding someone who can do the work for me. I can no longer build it myself

because of my health.
