Now comes, Theodore Hollembeak, Respondent in above said action and
pursuant
to Section 31.1 of 415 ILCS 5/31/1, Respondent answers said Petition.

That Respondent denies the allegations set forth in #1 of alleged
violations stating there were uncontrollable circumstances pertaining to alleged
violation.

That Respondent denies the allegations set forth in #2 of alleged
violations stating there were uncontrollable circumstances pertaining to alleged
