HEARING OFFICER ORDER
Complainant and respondent Richard Jones are advised that this matter has been
assigned to the hearing officer identified below. From this date forward, any pleading
filed with the Clerk of the Board in this matter must also be served individually on the
hearing officer.
Complainant and respondent Jones are directed to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer at 11:30 a.m. on October 16, 2007. The status
conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
The Board has not received a petition for review from respondent Annette Topps,
but a default judgment has not yet been issued.
