HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 7, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. As previously reported, the parties are hoping that Annette Topps
will sell the site to respondent so that the proceeds may be used to pay her default
judgment. Ms. Topps has had a death in the family, and the parties are unable to reach
her.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 3:00 p.m. on September 18, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
