HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 19, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties continue to encourage Annette Topps to sell the site to
respondent so that the proceeds may be used to pay her default judgment. The matter
against respondent will then be dismissed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 3:00 p.m. on August 7, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
