HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 6, 2006, a telephonic status conference was held. The respondent did not
appear. The complainant represented that it has forwarded a draft stipulation and
proposal for settlement to the respondent for review and comments. To date, the
respondent has not responded.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on August 3, 2006, at 9:15 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
