    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On October 2, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Complainant is trying to set up a meeting with the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency to discuss the possibility of settlement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on January 16, 2007. The status conference shall be
    initiated by the complainant.
