INTERIM ORDER OF THE
BOARD

On
May
II,
1976
the
Attorney General filed a Motion to Take
Interlocutory
Appeal
in
this matter.
In an Interim Order entered
May
20,
1976,
this
Board granted that Motion, and Ordered response
to the issues raised
in that Motion,
Respondent~sBrief was
subsequently filed
on June
4,
1976.
On June 29,
1976
the Attorney General filed a pleading entitled,
Stipulation Requesting a
Stay of Consideration and Decision of
Complainant’s Interlocutory
Appeal.
That
pleading
stated
that
the
parties were enqaged
in
additional settlement proceedings, and asked
that our consideration
of the matter be deferred pending completion
of such settlement
attempts.
The parties stated that they would,
within three weeks,
notify the Board that either an agreement had
been reached or that the
parties would request a Board decision on
the Interlocutory Appeal.
In
fact,
no communications
have been received by the Board
from either party
to
this litigation.
No explanation whatsoever
has been forthcoming
for this lengthy delay.
We shall assume
that this delay was not purposeful,
and
is
the
result
of
as
impic
error
by
one
or
both
parties.
To
aJ
low
for
correction
of
that
error,
the parties shall, within fourteen

days
of
the

of
this
Order, apprise
the
Board
of
the
status
of
this matter~
