ORDER OF THE
BOARD
(by Mr. Goodman):
On February
7,
1980,
the
Order
of November
1,
1979,
as
amended on
January
10,
1980,
was
stayed
to March
6,
1980.
The
Board
hereby
decides
Petitioner’s
December
10,
1979
Motion
For
Reconsideration
and Respondent’s January
21,
1980
Objection
thereto.
Respondent’s
January
21,
1980
motion
to
reconsider
the
January
10,
1980 amendment of the November
1,
1979
Order
was
granted on February
7,
1980,
the parties having been ordered
to submit certain additional
information by March
6,
1980.
The Board hereby grants the relief pleaded in Petitioner’s
December 10,
1979 Motion For Reconsideration
of the November ~L,
1979 Order,
In so doing, the Board reinstates its January 10,
1980 amendment to that Order.
On February 28,
1980,
Petitioner submitted information
illustrating that its NPDES Permit
No, IL—0002615 expired
on September 30,
1978,
Bloomingdale

Although Petitioner applied for renewal
of the permit on
March 27,
1978,
no amended application was
made
subsequent
to Bloomingdale.
Instead,
this variance petition was
filed.
In its variance petition,
Petitioner pleads that it was
inadvertently omitted
from the universe of those granted relief
by the Bioomi~~aledecision,
The Board
finds that the intent
in ~22~i~dale
was to include Petitioner’s circumstances,
as
previously set
forth in the November
1,
1979 Opinion hut not in
Paragraph
4 of the Order,
The applicable pollutant
limitations
are set forth
in the January
