    a Motion For Stay of the above-captioned
    complaint on January 30,
    1975,
    Respondent seeks
    a stay until conclusion of two consolidated
    regulatory proposals,
    R74-15 filed by Respondent
    and R74-16
    filed by the Illinois Petroleum Council,
    et
    al.
    The above-captioned complaint alleges
    that Respondent
    is discharging cyanide in excess of present sewer discharge limita-
    tions found in Rule
    703 of the Water Pollution Regulations.
    Be-
    cause of the subject matter of the two pending regulatory proceeding
    is the same
    Rule 703,
    the Board agrees with Respondent that
    a
    stay of the enforcement case should be granted.
    Respondent’s Motion For Stay
    is hereby granted until the
    conclusion
    of
    the two regulatory proceeding, R74-l5 and 74-16.
