    On October
    30,
    1974,
    the Sherwin-Williams Company,
    located
    in a farming area at 1717 Gifford Road in Elgin, Illinois, filed
    a Petition for Variance with the Illinois Pollution Control
    Board
    (Board).
    Petitioner
    seeks a variance from Rule 205(f)
    of
    the Air Pollution Regulations
    (Chapter
    2) from November 1,
    1974,
    to May 30, 1975.
    Petitioner manufactures and coats metal con-
    tainers of various sizes.
    On November 22, 1974, Petitioner filed with the Board a
    Motion for Disposition Without a Hearing.
    The record in
    Petitioner’s previous Variance, Sherwin-W~illiamsCompany
    v.
    Environmental Protection Agency, PCB 74-212,
    is incorporated
    into the record of the instant case; both cases involve the same
    facilities and many of the facts are similar.
    In view of the
    available information and the absence of objections by citizens
    or the Environmental Protection Agency, the Board believes that
    a hearing is not necessary to~resolvethe issues in this case.
    Petitioner’s Motion for Disposition Without
    a Hearing is
    hereby granted.
