    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On April
    26,
    1993,
    the parties filed a joint
    status
    report.
    The parties report that the issues presented in this matter are
    substantially similar to those raised in State Bank of
    Whittington
    v.
    IEPA,
    PCB 92-152.
    Therefore, the parties are
    awaiting a resolution in State Bank of Whittington v.
    IEPA before
    proceeding
    in this matter.
    The Board notes that it has today
    issued its opinion and order in State Bank of Whittington
    V.
    IEPA.
    To assure that this matter proceeds in a timely manner, the
    Board orders that before August 20,
    1993, the parties shall
    submit the appropriate filings with the Board,
    if it is
    determined that the issues in this matter can be resolved without
    further Board action.
    If no such motion is filed, the hearing
    officer shall establish a schedule for completion of this case.
    This schedule must provide for the completion of hearing and the
    filing
    of briefs within
    120 days of the setting of the schedule.
