HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 7, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The respondent represented that it is proceeding with internal
discussions and is hopeful that some, if not all, the issues may be resolved without the
necessity of a hearing. The respondent made an oral motion for an extension of time to
file the administrative record. The petitioner had no objection. The respondent’s motion
is granted. The administrative record is now due on or before September 29, 2006.
 
The petitioner represented that it will file a waiver of the statutory decision
deadline.
 
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on October 12, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
