ORDER
OF THE BOARD
(BY

LAWTON, JR.):
On April
12,
1973, we entered an Order with respect to
petitioner’s variance from our sewer ban order of March 31,
1971,
directing petitioner
to furnish greater detail as to the unsuita-
bility of his present septic system.
We have received a letter from the Lake County Health Depart-
ment setting forth that continuation of petitioner’s present septic
system will create a health hazard and, accordingly,
the petition
for variance is allowed
to enable Respondent
to connect his property
to facilities tributary to the Clavey Road sewage treatment plant.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Christan Moffett, Clerk of
the Pollution Control Board, certify
that the above Order was adopted on the /&~‘dayof May,
