We are unable to tell from the petition what facilities

the District petitioner seeks to connect to.
Greater details
should be furnished on the unsuitability of the present. septic
system,
together with a letter from the Lake County Health Depart-
ment stating what health impact,
if any, would result from a
continuation of the present septic system.
Such additional
information shall be filed within fifteen days from the date
hereof, together with a waiver of the provision requiring that
the Board render its decision within
90 days of the filing of
the original petition for variance.
