    On July 29, 1986,
    the Village filed
    a motion
    to waive and
    cancel
    the hearing set for August 8, noting that no objections
    to
    the petition have been filed.
    As newspaper notice of this
    hearing has already been published,
    some potential objectors may
    have relied on the hearing notice and hence not have filed an
    objection or request for hearing.
    Under these circumstances,
    it
    has been the Board’s practice
    to require
    that the scheduled
    hearing proceed.
    The motion is denied.
