    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J.D. Dumelle):
    This matter comes before the Board on a January 26, 1981
    filing of a third-party appeal of a developmental permit
    granted by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)
    to William Clarke,
    Pioneer Development, Pioneer Processing,
    Inc., and Wilmer and Edith Brockman on December 22,
    1980 for
    a 177—acre hazardous waste landfill site in LaSalle County.
    The Agency’s granting of that permit is affirmed.
    All
    motions pending before the Board which were not disposed of
    by the Board’s February 4,
    1982 Order are denied.
    No opinion accompanies this Order,
    rather it will follow
    in the near future.
    This is due to the fact that transcripts
    of the final day of hearings were not received until February 10,
    1982 and final briefs were not received until February 11,
    1982,
    the last business day prior to the statutorily mandated date
    of decision on February 16,
    1982.
