    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On May 23, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
    the hearing officer. The respondent represented that a host agreement has been agreed to
    but still has not been signed. When signed , an application for siting approval will be
    filed with the Village of Romeoville (Village) If approved after a hearing, a motion to
    voluntarily dismiss the above-captioned matter will be filed. The petitioner represented
    that it will file a 90-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer on August 23, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. The status must be initiated by the
    petitioners, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
    status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
    captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
    dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled
    without further order.
