for variance filed in the above-listed cases

inadequate in that
they do not give the 1973 experience
in actual
copper levels resulting at
the raw water intake.
Petitioners
(City of Waveriy and City of Eureka) are ordered
to supply to the Board within 45 days
from the date of this order
the information requested in Board orders #3 and #4 in City of WaveriL
v.
EPA (PCB 73-127);and in City
of Eureka v. EPA (PCB
73-206).
The Village
of New Berlin shall
file
the data giving actual
copper concentrations
in its water systc~nafter copper sulfate dosing,
if available.

The 90-day decision period required by statute shall run
from the date of filing of the amended petition.
Failure
to
timely
file
the requested information will make
the petitions
liable
to dismissal for inadequacy.
