On April

29,

1983 the Chicago Association of Commerce and

Industry (CAd)

filed a Motion for Reconsideration in this

matter.

CAd’s Motion contained specific comments on the draft

which was circulated in April, 1983 by the Board to this

proceedings~participants.

With its Motion, CACI also supported

Comments filed by the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce.

Aside

from the comments, CACI urged that the Board not adopt the rules

as drafted for Second Notice and requested that further hearings

be held.

CACI’s Motion was not served on anyone involved in this

proceeding,

other than the Board.

It requests Reconsideration of

a draft Board Order, not an action by the Board.

Finally it

requests additional hearings in a proceeding in which four merit

hearings, two economic hearings, and yet another subsequent merit

hearing have already been held. Many of the concerns raised by

CACI for reconsideration were addressed at these seven hearings.

Motion for hearing is denied.

The remainder of CAd’s Motion

will

be accepted as public comments

in this proceeding.
