be stricken.

The Agency alleges

proceeding.

1988, Citizens filed objections

to the

motion

to strike.

The Board finds that the portions

of the brief which are

objected to by the Agency make reference

to facts which

are

properly

a part

of the record,

or

facts of which this Board may

take official notice.

Therefore,

the motion to strike

is denied.
