HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 4, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer. This was the first status conference since the Board in its order of August 4, 2005,
granted a stay at the parties’ request. The respondents represented that due to some supplier
problems, the project will not be completed until May 19, 2006.
The parties are directed to file a written status report pursuant to the August 4, 2006,
Board order.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on May 23, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
