    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 6, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The petitioner
    represented that its new consultant has reviewed and revised the technical documents requested
    by the respondent and is in the process of forwarded it to the respondent for its review and
    comment.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer on August 30, 2006, at 11:00 A.M. The status conference must be initiated by the
    petitioner, but each party nonetheless is responsible for its own appearance. At the status
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing.
