    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 26, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. The parties continue to exchange comments on respondent’s
    proposed permit provisions. When an agreement is reached, petitioner will draft a new
    permit for respondent’s review.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 25, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
    the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
