HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 10, 2006, a telephonic status conference was held. The respondent
again failed to appear. The respondent is reminded that it must be represented by an
attorney-at-law licensed and registered to practice law pursuant to Section 101.400 of the
Board’s procedural rules. The complainant represented that it will file a motion for
default in the near future.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 21, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
