    On March 7,
    1995, the Board received a letter addressing
    this rulemaking from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) with two comments attached.
    The comments attached to
    the Agency’s letter were from Occidental Chemical Corporation and
    Dow Corning Corporation.
    The Board will interpret the letter and
    attached comments as a request for expedited rulemaking in this
    docket.
    The Board has already begun the process of amending Part
    211 by opening this docket.
    The Board will grant the motion for
    expedited consideration consistent with the Board’s time and
    resources.
    We will immediately begin to assemble the proposal.
