1.
Variance
is granted from Rule
702
of the Water Pollution
Regulations from
November 5,
1974
to November 6,
1975 in order
to permit the discharge of mercury
as
follows:
a)
The
total weight of mercury discharged during
this
one-year period shall not exceed 5.0 lbs.
b)
The concentrations,
on a 24-hour composite basis,
shall not exceed 0.005 mg/l
into the 115th Street sewer
and 0.002 mg/i into the Kensington Avenue sewer.
2.
The previous order of PCB
73-367
is modified to require
installation and operation of the mercury and heavy metal
control system
(as outlined by Roy
F. Weston,
Inc.) by
January
15, 1975 instead of September
30,
1974.
3.
Sherwin-Williams shall continuously
test the control
system and the resulting data and extent of control achieved
shall be reported monthly to the Agency.
