    The Board closes this docket as unnecessary. On December 21, 2000, the Board issued a
    first-notice opinion and order in new docket R01-18 (In the Matter of: Livestock Waste
    Regulations (35 Ill. Adm. Code 506)) in response to a December 4, 2000 proposal from the
    Department of Agriculture to amend the Board’s rules at 35 Ill. Adm. Code 506.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
