    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 21, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent continues to make progress at the site, and hopes to complete the
    project within the next few weeks.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on November 16, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
