ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):
Section 22.4(d) of the Environmental Protection Act (Act) requires the Board to adopt
regulations which are “identical in substance” to underground storage tank (UST) regulations
promulgated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) pursuant to Section 9003

    Board hereby dismisses this docket.

that the above order was adopted on the 19th day of February 1998, by a vote of 6-0.
