cut coal plant mercury pollution by 90% .

Every river, lake, and stream In Illinois now carries a health
warning for mercury contamination. Illinois can address this
problem now and show America how requiring cost-effective
measures for mercury control will clean up local lakes and
streams and promote a healthy economy
