HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 27, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent represented that it is reviewing the June 28, 2006 hearing officer
order denying its motion to compel and then decide on how to proceed.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on August 30, 2006, at 9:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
