    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On January 31, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties continue to wait for the Office of the Attorney General to review
    respondent’s referral of a related enforcement matter that will be relevant to finalizing the
    compliance plan for this permit.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 7, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
