determined
 that additional

 is needed
 in order
 to
adequately evaluate the joint petition
 for exception.
 The joint
petitioners
 are requested
 to address
 the following matters
 and
submit responses no later
 than July
 3U,
 1987.
Please provide detailed
 information on the following:
a)
 ownership and any other
 legal interests,
 present or
future,
 in the Amoco lagoons;
b)
 the
 actual utilization of the Amoco lagoons,
 including
but not limited
 to:
 total capacity,
 present contents
(amount, nature,
 and source),
 and frequency and vclume
of use
 in relation to capacity,
 i.e. how much of X
substance
 is stored for how long;
c)
 any agreements by or with Wood River
 as
 to ownership or
usage of these
 lagoons
 in
 the future,
 and
 if
 so the
nature and duration thereof;
d)
 any known plans
 for
 the future usage of the Amoco
lagoons;
e)
 assuming the Amoco lagoons could
 be used
 to store
 the
first
 flush
 for later
 treatment at
 the treatment plant,
what improvements or alternatives would
 be necessary?
