    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On December 17, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioner has met with the Office of the Attorney General, and continues
    negotiations on an interim consent order for a related enforcement action. The parties predict
    that this will still take some time.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 17, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
      
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
