the Board upon

Joint Petition

for Exception to the Combined Sewer Overflow

regulations

filed by the City of Wood River

and the Illinois

Environmental Protection Agency.

The Board has limited funds

in this fiscal year

in which

to

pay for transcripts

in the hearing or hearings required

in this

proceeding.

The Board

is contemplating

a delayed scheduling

of

the hearing

or hearings until after July 1, 1986

in order

to

utilize funds from the new FY87 appropriation.

If this delay

raises

a problem

the parties are requested to respond and

delineate

the nature of the problem within 30 days of the date of

this Order.
