    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 13, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have met with the Attorney General’s Office and several federal
    agencies to discuss how certain issues may be resolved. The parties have made progress, but do
    not yet know whether this matter may be settled. Petitioners agreed to file a 90-day waiver of
    the decision deadline within the next seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:00 p.m. on October 27, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioners.
     
    The decision deadline for this case is January 18, 2006.
