Supplementary Order

(by Mr. Currie):

We granted

a variance in this case September

16

to permit

the connection of several new low—income homes

to the Waukegan

sewer tributary

to an overloaded treatment plant.

One

of the

lots comtemplated for the construction

of

a home for

a person

with

a contract

for construction became unavailable,

and

a

request

is made

for clarification that the variance covers

another lOt for the use

of the same individual.

This modification

in the original plan

in no way alters the consequences

of the

proposed connection,

and the substitution

is entirely within

the spirit of the original order.

The order

is hereby clarified

to indicate that

a house may be built at the new site,

namely

Lot

29 Block

6 Waukegan Gradens subdivision,

for Myrtle Harris,

and may be connected to the appropriate sewer.
