    INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr.
    Zeitlin):
    On Motions by Peabody Coal Company to consolidate the
    above cases, and to vacate the Hearing Officer’s Orders setting
    each of the above cases for hearing, the following actions will
    be taken:
    1.
    The Causes shall be consolidated, and;
    2.
    The hearing presently set for
    December
    4,
    1975 in the enforcement matter shall
    be cancelled, and the consolidated cases shall be
    heard at the hearing presently scheduled for
    December Il,
    1975,
    in the permit appeal matter.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
