    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On June 16, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are waiting for the Office of the Attorney General to review
    respondent’s referral of a related enforcement matter that will be relevant to finalizing the
    compliance plan for this permit.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on August 16, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
      
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
