    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 9, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. In consideration of the Board’s limitation on the scope of the hearing to count I
    of the complaint, complainant plans to file up to ten additional interrogatories and requests to
    admit within the next seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 20, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
