    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 25, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney is still trying to reach the inspector to determine the
    status of the site.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:15 a.m. on October 4, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
