    This matter comes before the Board upon an April
    29,
    1988,
    motion
    to reconsider,
    stay
    or certify question filed by USI
    Chemicals
    (USI)
    and upon
    a May 17,
    1988, motion for extension of
    time filed
    by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency).
    The Agency requests that the Board grant
    it until May
    31,
    1988
    to respond
    to
    (JSI’s motion.
    In support of
    its motion,
    the Agency states that the parties have scheduled
    a meeting to
    discuss pending
    issues
    involved
    in the case and that resources
    of
    both parties would be better spent at
    this time
    in pursuing
    settlement discussions
    The Agency also states that USI concurs
    in the motion.
    The Agency’s motion is hereby granted.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
