    the discharges from the incinerator
    now being used or the effect upon air quality nor reasons
    why
    other alternatives such
    as the use
    of rendering plants or burial
    are not feasible.
    Petitioner is ordered
    to amend the petition within
    30 days
    to provide the needed information.
    A waiver from the 90-day
    dec:ision period shall be made for the period elapsing between
    the petition filing date and the date of submission of
    the required
    information.
    Failure
    to timely file
    the information requested shall make
    the petition liable
    to dismissal for inadequacy.
